I’m OKAY with Pokémon Sword and Shield’s Pokédex being limited.
I understand Game Freak’s position, but not without feedback of my own. Pokemon Sword and Shield faces its second controversy with Junichi Masuda, veteran game designer of Game Freak, revealing at the Nintendo Treehouse Live event that the Pokedex of the new games won’t have all of the series past pokemon available. This means that you may not be able to transfer some of your favourite pokemon from your old games over to the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield. Fans who were hoping to obtain the over 800 pokemon in the new games are voicing their disappointment as the youtube video of the Treehouse Live event has some pretty hefty dislikes. Masuda made an official statement on the matter, but it only seemed to fan the flames further with regards to a particular sentence in the statement: “Even if a specific pokemon is not…
Etika Is Gone And I Hate Internet Culture More.
“He’s just doing it for attention”, they said. One of my favourite YouTubers, Etika, also known as Desmond Amofah, has now been confirmed dead following the discovery of his body after he went missing for several days. Even before he talked about it himself, there were numerous signs of him suffering from mental illness leading up to this, like when he threatened to kill himself and the police were called. However, when all of this was going down, there was a vocal section of the internet saying how he was doing all of this for attention. Well, he’s dead and gone now. Is he still doing it for attention? Go fuck yourselves, you pieces of shit. That was just some of the disgusting comments found in the Kotaku Facebook post about Etika going missing. I got a bit worried myself after watching Rich…
Capcom Is Charging A Ludicrous $25 USD For Devil May Cry On Switch.
Switch owners continue to be preyed on by corporate greed. Oh, wow. They really went and charge more than $15 USD for that single release of Devil May Cry for the Nintendo Switch. “Right now Devil May Cry HD Collection sells for around $30 USD. We can assume that Capcom is most definitely not charging anything below $10 for Devil May Cry [Switch Version], perhaps they may even reach for $15.” Devil May Cry for the Nintendo Switch Reveals Capcom’s Greed. I have to admit, Capcom, I underestimated just how much you’ll nickel and dime Switch owners. This is sheer madness. $25USD. Not even $20. Jesus Christ. That’s almost the same price as the full Devil May Cry HD Collection on other consoles that have all three games. You can confirm this by going to the North American Nintendo eShop page for Devil May Cry…
Nintendo Murdered The Competition At This Year’s E3.
The luckiest ones at E3 were Switch owners. Not going to lie, I went into E3 thinking Nintendo wouldn’t have much to show. After my disappointment with the Wii U, I’ve learned to always approach these Directs with cautious scepticism And it’s not like Nintendo has been making good decisions lately either, so them winning E3 was far from the realm of possibility in my mind. But oh wow, was I ever proved wrong. There were so many games! AND I MEAN MANY! Just when you thought the announcements and trailers would stop, it just kept going and going! Nintendo was really in a league of their own. Here’s the quick list of announcements that I didn’t really care much for: Dragon Quest Characters coming to Smash Bros Ultimate. More Dragon Quest games coming to Switch. Luigi’s Mansion 3 (It’s getting co-op). Jin Henson’s The Dark…
