[Review] Shadowverse
Portalcraft is the most broken thing I’ve seen since Meta-Knight in Brawl. Recently I’ve been finding it hard to enjoy gaming lately. Not sure why but I lost interest in playing the majority of the games I owned. It wasn’t until I watched some Yu-Gi-Oh videos that I had a mighty urge to play it, as I’ve had a thing for card games before. Note that the only card game I’ve really played is Yu-Gi-Oh, and that to me is still one of the best card games in the world. Of course, I’m being biased because I grew up playing Yu-Gi-Oh and watching the anime series. At first I was thinking of emulating some of the Nintendo DS games, however most of what I found didn’t really have much female protagonist options to choose from, so I browsed steam for card games instead. I wasn’t just going to play any…
[Review] Resident Evil 6: One of the best.
Wait! Before you leave an angry comment, hear me out! I know the general consensus on whether Resident Evil 6 is a good resident evil game is rather mixed, but through its flaws, it is a really good game. I understand it’s not for everyone, especially those who want something more like an authentic survival-horror game, but it’s still a greatly satisfying experience for someone who wants to play a fun action-adventure Resident Evil game. What a QTE Mess. When I first started to play Resident Evil 6, I honestly didn’t like it all. The camera felt weird compared to Resident Evil 5 and I nicknamed it the “QTE Simulator”. This was during the Leon and Helena campaign where everything you did in the first chapter was pretty much doing a whole bunch of quick time events, and it made the game feel really awful. Fast forward in the game…
Game Reviews: “ICEY” and “Mitsurugi Hamui Hikae”.
ICEY Imagine Devil May Cry as a side-scroller. This is without a doubt one of the funniest hack-n-slash games I’ve played since Devil May Cry. ICEY doesn’t just give a satisfying gameplay, it puts you on really fun journey as you play through the game with the narrator’s direction. However, quick warning: Use the Japanese audio. It’s a must as the other language voice overs don’t really do the game justice. Likes: The music is quite good, but nothing really special. Very enjoyable hack and slash gameplay, but I can’t believe there was guns in the game and they took it out!! T_T They looked so freaking good. The artwork is very nice. I wish it zoomed in more on the protagonist because she is aesthetically pleasing to look at. Probably one of the only games I’ve played that does quick time events good enough. The game’s narrator is half…
A Day For Beth #16: “A New Style”
I don’t usually ask for feedback but I also make these comics for y’all to enjoy <3 Can you tell me if you like this new style? The four panels I want to keep, but what do you think of me adding colour? Do you like it or should I return to black and white?
