There’s so much art stuff I want to complete by next week. I make no promises, but I want to try making some more comics. Only difference is that it’ll be in a different, smaller format.

Sorry for the lack of updates. For the last week I haven’t been feeling too well, so I’ve been in a bit of a slum. My psychiatrist appointments have gone very well and she is thankfully more focused on my health (unlike my last psychiatrist 🙄) But I forgot to tell her last week I’ve been having nightmares lately and I don’t know why 😥 If you’re friends with me on Steam, you’ve probably noticed I’ve been spending a lot of time gaming. It has helped me been able to enjoy a lot of games I haven’t played yet and ones I forgot about, so that’s great. OpenCanvas 7 [Review]: A superior “Paint Tool SAI”.
As a webcomic artist and illustrator, it’s perfect for me. But… …it does come with significant downsides which I will discuss further in my points below. I’m going to try to be as informative as possible, so if you want to make a purchasing decision for OpenCanvas 7, I’m your girl. Please note: I’ll be making comparisons to Clip Studio Paint, Paint Tool SAI and Photoshop. I will be reviewing the Steam version of OpenCanvas 7. Pros: Lightweight at 60mb. It loads very fast compared to the likes of Photoshop which takes forever. Black theme is easy on the eyes, especially in the dark if you’re a night owl artist. It’s pretty customizable too, allowing you to re-arrange the windows however you like. I recommend checking my guide to setting up your own personal workspace if needed.
