VN Reviews: “Once On A Windswept Night”, “Once Upon an All Hallow’s Eve” and “Written in the Sky”.
Once On A Windswept Night Patience well rewarded. Warning: If you hate visual novels that make you repeat a story over and over again until you get the “best” ending, you may want to avoid this. Midway through playing it I was adamant on giving this visual novel a negative review, until I reach the true/best ending. It was so emotional that it actual made me tear up, maybe because I can relate to it a bit too much. It was beautiful, yet the question must be asked: Was worth the grind? Yes, but I can also understand why someone would want to quit playing half way through. The general story and lore isn’t interesting at all until you finally understand how to progress the story. VN Reviews: “Amnesia™: Memories”, “Roommates”, and “Eternal Hour: Golden Hour”.
Amnesia™: Memories This made me want to be gay (oh wait…already am). Amnesia™: Memories does a lot right but its main focus falls woefully short, and of course, I’m talking about the guys. Let me start off by saying Amnesia™: Memories pretty much does everything else right. The art style is incredibly gorgeous and makes the guys look uber attractive. Even the girls in this game are super attractive to the point that it’s really disappointing that they are no female romance options. The story is pretty decent, but I can’t really say much about it since I didn’t play it all the way through, but it did intrigue me enough to grab my attention.
