Imagine using it to play Mario Kart Tour.   Hori, known for their game accessories and peripherals, is making officially licensed Mario Kart racing wheels for the Nintendo Switch. There will be two different versions, one looking a bit more on the ‘casual and kiddy’ side, while the other one looks more geared towards hardcore racing sim fans.     Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but this comes after the hot launch of Mario Kart Tour, which I’ve tried, but not extensively enough to give my thoughts on it yet.   And don’t worry if you don’t have a Nintendo Switch because it’s apparently going to work on PC as well (not so sure about other consoles).   Features also include: Joy-Con and Pro Controller functionality to play with other games. Remappable buttons. Adjusters for Deadzone (and “Reality”?), that serve to fine-tune steering. Only works in dock mode. Clamp and…

The lack of docking makes it an even harder sell.   When Nintendo announced the Nintendo Switch Lite, people were concerned that the system may suffer from “Joy-Con Drift”, an issue where the analog sticks of the Nintendo Switch would register movement even though they were not being physically tilted. This was something that usually occur after repeated use of the system.   Gamers were hoping Nintendo would have fixed the issue with the Nintendo Switch Lite before it released considering that you can’t remove the joy-cons unlike with the original Nintendo Switch model. If that was the case, then you wouldn’t need to worry about replacing the entire system, and even though it may be pretty expensive ($80USD for a new set), you would just need to buy a new pair of Joy-Cons for your Nintendo Switch.   Unfortunately, Nintendo seems to be living in La-La Land again as…

Please give us Battle Network and Starforce next, Capcom!   Capcom has announced that the spectacular MegaMan Zero series is getting a Legacy Collection, and it’s going to include all of the Megaman Zero and ZX games! *fangirl squeal*  The Megaman Zero games were my first Megaman games alongside Battle Network!      Features of the Legacy Collection include: You can play using the original pixel art or filters that make it looks like smudgy watercolour (lol). Thankfully there will be a toggle option. Gallery to browse artwork from the original games. Music Player to play the game’s music to your heart’s content. Dual Screen controls that were used on the DS are returning. Casual Scenario mode to make the intense difficulty of the original games much more bearable. Save Assist feature to help you save mid-level more often. A new mode called “ZChaser” which seems to let you…

The Nintendo Switch Lite is my ticket into the Switch Game Library.   After many rumours leading up to the reveal, Nintendo has finally shown us the Nintendo Switch Mini, which has been officially named as the “Nintendo Switch Lite”.   But while that may be old news now, fresh off the press is that Nintendo has officially announced a new revision of the current Switch Model. While this means that we may not be getting a “Switch Pro” yet, it does mean the newer model of the regular Nintendo Switch is going to get a significant battery life upgrade.   This newer model is going to have 2 to 2.5 hours more battery life than the current Switch model, however, for some this may not be enough to justify getting a brand new Switch.     As a bonus, Nintendo is also giving us joy-cons in brand new colours.…
