My finished commission for Rainbow Railroad. Born in Barbados, I suffered a lot of discrimination there due to my LGBT identity. With the help of my friends and RainbowRailroad, they helped me moved to Canada in 2020. I started as a refugee and later became a protected person in June (right before my birthday too). I now live a happy life with my partner in Sudbury, Ontario. This illustration represents the transition and healing of my relocation to Canada.   All Work-In-Progress images are available on my Patreon.   ✿ Special thanks to my beloved Facebook friends and Rainbow Railroad who contributed in my time of desperate need to get to Canada! ✿ ✿ Special thanks to my bestie Nat Liong for spoiling me with his love and support! ✿ Love you all so much! o(TヘTo) *big kisses and hugs* ♥♥

After various unforeseen factors, I’ve completed one of my most important commissions! <3 This commission is of Deanna and Maddison who celebrated their lovely 3rd wedding anniversary on December 7th.   Apologises to Deanna for the issues that happened that caused the delay in the commission. Thank you for being very patient and being so generous <3         ✿ Special thanks to Sophie Stormwind for being my first patron and Jessa Hurty, Mike and someone for buying me my first coffees on Ko-Fi! ✿ ✿ Special thanks to Nat Roberts, Stephanie Elise, and Deanna & Maddison for contributing to my Paypal in my time of desperate need! ✿ Love you all so much! o(TヘTo) *big kisses and hugs* ♥♥

There is one spoiler, but I’ve highlighted it so you can avoid it.    Loves/Hates: Lovable Characters Emotional Gorgeous artwork/illustrations Amazing voice acting Uninteresting story Feels padded with filler Cliche   Story Highway Blossoms is a kinetic romance visual novel featuring two characters, Amber and Marina, who meet each other in the desert after Marina gets stuck there. But Marina isn’t there for any reason, she’s there because she’s on this hunt to find treasure buried by someone, and she’s not the only one…

Well, that hit pretty close to home.   Honestly, when I started listening to ‘Keeping You A Secret’ (by Julie Ann Peters) via Audible, I was only expecting another cute lesbian story to relax to. Even reading the description after I already finished the book would make it seem that way.   But nope, that wasn’t the case as the book got so emotional that it even brought back some of my own personal unwelcomed memories, but not without also leaving a heartfelt impression on me.   Now before I get into details, I must advise that this review IS NOT spoiler-free, even if I don’t go into everything. Sorries!    Predictable Beginning.   Starting off, I would say my biggest criticism of the book would be its rather boring and cliche start. i would even argue that it borders on filler.   Holland Jageaur, the protagonist, is seen by her…
