Sunset Overdrive on PC Is A Broken, Unoptimized Port.
Refunded after 30 minutes. Right now there is an Xbox Game Studios Publisher sale on Steam. Among the games on sale is Sunset Overdrive, a game I’ve had in my wishlist for a while. I wasn’t really interested in it when it hit Steam back in 2018, but that changed when I noticed it had been tagged as having character customization and that it was also made by the studio behind Marvel’s Spider-man on the PS4. I recently got my gaming computer running since moving to Canada and sure enough, I’m ready to try out some new games after being without my computer for a couple of months (even if it’s not powerful). In fact, I’ve been deciding on buying One Step From Eden, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and Devil May Cry 5. For now, I’ve been spending most of my time in Titanfall 2, and with the coronavirus…
Far Cry 5’s ending: A Lesson In ‘How Not To End A Game’.
There is no amount of words that can really express how upsetting its ending is. Far Cry 5’s ending is so frustratingly bad that I had to write this essay separate from my review of Far Cry 5 because there’s just so much wrong with it and so much to dissect that it would make my review of the game unnecessarily long. Let’s start at the point where you have finished killed all three of Joseph’s lieutenants. It should be obvious that there is going to be spoilers for Far Cry 5 here, so if you haven’t played it yet, now would be a good time to before you proceed with this essay. Done? Good, then let’s begin. Joseph’s sudden character change. During the game, once you have killed a lieutenant, Joseph would appear to remorse for his fallen family member and how a…
[Review] Far Cry 5 – The Most Memorable Far Cry Game Yet.
A wild ride of a game marred only by its ending. If only you knew how much I’ve been dying to play this game since revisiting Far Cry 4 a few months ago. I once reviewed Far Cry 4 and talked about the issues I had with it, but I didn’t expect it to rekindle my love for the franchise again two years after buying it. While I was excited for Far Cry 5 on its initial release, I couldn’t afford to get it at full price and I wasn’t sure when I would get it either. A year later though, and it’s about time I did. There was no way I was buying it on Uplay however, so I waited until it went on sale on Steam, and after weeks of patient, Ubisoft had a publisher sale on March 21st. I instantly added it to my cart!…
[Review] Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles.
I’m sorry, it just misses the mark one too many times.
I apologise to the developers if my review came off a bit too harsh. It kinda pains me to write this review because Yonder: The Clouder Catcher Chronicles is one game I really didn’t want to say anything bad about.
