My finished commission for Rainbow Railroad. Born in Barbados, I suffered a lot of discrimination there due to my LGBT identity. With the help of my friends and RainbowRailroad, they helped me moved to Canada in 2020. I started as a refugee and later became a protected person in June (right before my birthday too). I now live a happy life with my partner in Sudbury, Ontario. This illustration represents the transition and healing of my relocation to Canada.   All Work-In-Progress images are available on my Patreon.   ✿ Special thanks to my beloved Facebook friends and Rainbow Railroad who contributed in my time of desperate need to get to Canada! ✿ ✿ Special thanks to my bestie Nat Liong for spoiling me with his love and support! ✿ Love you all so much! o(TヘTo) *big kisses and hugs* ♥♥

As an Illustrator, I can’t use OpenCanvas 7 anymore.   Two years. That’s almost how long it has been since OpenCanvas 7 received an update.   The last update it got was on October 15th, 2019. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻   And where is the English Support Forums that they’ve apparently been working on since forever? I would say the most significant thing for OpenCanvas 7 that…

More games like Forspoken, please!   I have just read the article by Ash Parrish on Kotaku: Sorry, Your Cis White Woman Protagonist Isn’t Progressive.   As you can already predict, I very much do agree with what she wrote, and I want to add something a bit personal to what has already been said.   Firstly, I’ll like to admit that as a trans woman I’m pretty much satisfied with a video game as long as it has a primary female protagonist for me to play as, regardless of ethnicity. This also includes games with customizable characters that let you choose your gender.   As someone who grew up with games mainly featuring cis men, I have been absolutely delighted with the rush of new AAA games that star women protagonists like Returnal. Once I started my transition, I got annoyed by seeing game after game only having a…
